The Original Einhell Boundary Wire is an accessory that can be used with all Einhell robot mowers, except for the FREELEXO cam models. The boundary wire signals to the robot lawn mower the limits it must stay within when mowing. For installation, the wire can be anchored by means of fixing pegs or buried in the ground. Connected to the charging station, and thus to power, the wire generates a magnetic field that is detected by the robot lawn mower. When it reaches the boundary marked by the wire, the robot lawn mower automatically turns around and continues to mow within the defined mowing area. The boundary wire is made of tin-plated copper and sheathed with PVC, which makes it UV-resistant and waterproof. The wire is 50 meters long, which is recommended for lawns of up to 150 m² in area. It is also suitable for repairing damaged wire or for expanding the mowing area. The respective ends of the wire can be joined by means of connection blocks. Connection blocks and fixing pegs are available separately.
