For this reason, Einhell now offers you the option of requesting a replacement for your defective part via our online form. In the event of a warranty claim, this spare parts service is even completely free of charge for you.

All our machines are covered by the legal guarantee. However, certain parts, called wear and tear, are excluded or have a limited warranty period.

Step by step: Request a spare part

Please have the following data ready for your spare parts enquiry:

  • Serial number / article and ident number of your device
  • Information to the purchase and a copy of the proof of purchase
  • Information about the symptoms of your device

Register or log in as a guest

If you already have a MyEinhell account, simply log in with your login details. If you don't have a user account yet, you can register now or simply log in as a guest.

Submit a request

To make a request, you need to fill in a form with your personal details. Search for the device for which you would like to request a spare part in our system using the serial number or article number and enter it in your request. Then enter further information about the purchase price and date of purchase and describe the problem you have with the device.

Request a spare part

If only a specific spare part is affected by the repair, you can - instead of sending in the entire device - request the affected spare part. Using a explosion drawing and a practical list view, you can select the appropriate spare part and add it to the request. This spare part is free of charge if it is a warranty claim after the inspection.
